Start with what is absent

It is easier to describe this site by what it does not run. No analytics suite. No advertising tag. No remarketing pixel. No social embed reporting your visit back to anybody. No newsletter you get signed up to. No data broker relationship, now or planned. The fields on the inquiry form

Name, phone number and email address are required, because a person has to be able to ring you back about a door. Zip code and street address are optional and exist purely so a technician can find the property instead of driving a loop around the block reading house numbers. One further field is hidden from human eyes and catches automated spam. That is the whole form.

The single cookie

One value is stored on your own device: which button you pressed on the notice at the bottom of the screen. Decline it and every page behaves identically, because there is nothing being withheld. The value never leaves your browser and nothing reads it except the notice itself, to know not to ask again.

What the web server writes down by itself

Any host logs traffic whether or not it is asked to: an IP address, a browser string, and the order pages were requested in. That happens here as well. It is not joined up with an inquiry, it is not used to work out who you are, and nobody sits and reads it.

The three companies involved at all

Cloudflare serves the site and its Turnstile widget screens the form for bots. The coverage map is a Google embed that stays dormant until you click to open it, so on every page you do not click, Google is not part of the transaction. Each handles what reaches it under its own published terms, and neither receives anything beyond what is needed to do that one job.

Your rights as a California resident

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to know what personal information a business holds about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. It also protects you from being treated worse for exercising any of those rights. Two of them have nothing to act on here, because personal information is neither sold nor shared for advertising. For the others, ring the number below and say what you want done. There is no portal and no form.

How long an inquiry survives

Long enough to do the job and stand behind the warranty that came with it, and no longer, because after that it serves no purpose. Ask for yours to go sooner and it goes.
